The internal coding region displays one or two Primer Binding Site (PBS), complementary to a tRNA&lt;sup&gt;Tyr&lt;/sup&gt;, a single 1158 amino acids ORF for ''gag'' and ''pol'' genes, and a Polypurine Tract (PPT) adjacent to the 3´LTR.
